    Shipping & Returns

    AceTradingwholesale.com is a wholesale marketplace only and ALL merchandise are sold in default packs. NO SINGLE PIECES ARE SOLD. Our miminum order amount is $100.

     

    SHIPPING:

    • Orders received will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible. In-stock orders may be shipped out immediately, but may take up to 1-3 business days for us to process and ship. Please be advised and place order in timely manner.
    • If there are any issues with your order, a team member will reach out to you via email, phone, text.
    • AceTradingWholesale.com will send out shipping confirmation and tracking number by email after order is processed and ready to ship.
    • Shipping operations are Monday through Friday, but excludes major holidays. 
    • AceTradinginWholesale.com ships only within the United States and unfortunately do not accept international orders.
    • Due to restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

    SHIPPING RATES:

    Ace Trading uses UPS as our main shipper. UPS GROUND is the default shipping choice unless stated otherwise. 

    Shipping costs are determined by the dimension and weight of the package, and shipping destination. Shipping cost will be reflected at check out using a shipping calculator.

    ORDER CANCELLATION:

    As long as your order has not been processed and shipped out, you will still be eligible to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us by either telephone (1-800-255-5388) or email (info@acetradingwholesale.com) immediately.


    RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

    To make an return or exchange for an online purchase please refer below:

    • Acetradingwholesale.com only accepts returns and exchanges for items with manufacturers' defects.
    • If you receive damaged or manufacturer defected items, return claims must be made within 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. AceTradinginUS will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.
    • All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. All returns must include original manufacturers' packaging, orginal labels, and/or tags.
    • Customers will be responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
    • To file a damage item return claim, please email or call us (1-800-255-5388) for your return authorization request. If you decide to email us, please provide the following information to info@acetradingwholesale.com:
      • Company name
      • Address
      • Order/Invoice number
      • Style number of clothing damaged
      • Quantity and color of clothing damaged
      • Reason for return

     


    NO REFUND POLICY:

    • Refunds will not be available and only store credit will be issued for all returns.
    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

    • All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be denied and shipped back to the sender.
    • In some rare occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned merchandise due to customers’ error are subject to store credit only. Store credit wil be issued for the original order minus the freight charges and 10% restocking fee.
    • Certain sale or closeout Items are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. These items will be marked as FINAL SALES.
